📘 Getting Started
1. Can SellerMate import historical data beyond 60 days when connecting my Ads account?
Short Answer: No.
SellerMate can only pull the last 60 days of performance data from Amazon at the time of account connection.
However, once your account is connected, all future data is stored and retained continuously.
2. How do I connect my Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account to SellerMate?
We recommend connecting your account using an Incognito / Private browser window.
This helps avoid cached session issues and ensures a smooth and secure login experience.
3. How do I remove an account from the Active list?
You don’t need to delete it.
Simply disable the account from the Active list, and it will automatically move to the Inactive list.
4. How can I cancel my subscription?
Go to Account Settings in SellerMate.
You’ll find the option there to cancel your subscription directly.
5. I can’t see any data under Search Query Performance (SQP). What should I do?
To access SQP data, you must connect your Amazon Seller Central account.
SQP reports are only available through Seller Central and won’t appear until the connection is complete.
6. After connecting my Amazon account, how long does data syncing take?
Data syncing is not instant.
Once connected, it may take up to 6–12 hours for all data to fully sync and become visible in the dashboard.
7. I’m unable to connect my Seller Central account. What could be the issue?
Please check that your Amazon user account has the required permissions for:
- Advertising access
- Reports & data access
Without these permissions, the connection may fail.
8. Can I manage multiple accounts in SellerMate?
Yes ✅
SellerMate supports multi-account management globally, allowing you to manage:
- Multiple ad accounts
- Multiple Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts
—all from a single dashboard.
9. Is there a way to access historical performance data beyond Amazon’s 60-day limit?
Amazon only allows access to the last 60 days of historical data.
Once your account is connected to SellerMate, we:
- Sync the available 60 days initially
- Retain all performance data going forward as long as your account remains connected
⚙️ Features & Automation
